Day 1: Casablanca airport to Marrakech
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by your driver and tour guide who will take you directly to the imperial city of Marrakech.
Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel or riad for dinner and night.
Day 2: Marrakech guided tour
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of the city, also known as the ‘Red City’.
The red or ochre colour is ubiquitous because many buildings have been built of local red sandstone.
Explore many of the city’s historic palaces, museums and sites, such as the fortified medina of Marrakech, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Discover the sultan’s ancient palaces, which have been rebuilt and restored and are rich in history and cultural heritage.
Enjoy all the festivities in Djeema el Fna Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Visit the artist landscape of Majorelle Garden and Bahia Palace and more.
At the end of the tour, return to your hotel or riad and dine at a restaurant of your choice.
Day 3: Marrakech excursions to Ourika Valley
After breakfast, go on a day trip to the Ourika Valley and enjoy stunning views of the small rocky hills, green mountains and grazing sheep.
Lunch in the heart of the Ourika Valley by the river before heading to the Setti Fatma waterfalls. Observe the Berber lifestyle in this lush agricultural area.
Return to your hotel for dinner and night.
Day 4: Marrakech to Ouarzazate
In the morning after breakfast, depart from Marrakech for Ouarzazate. Follow the picturesque and winding Tizi-n-Tichka pass through the High Atlas Mountains.
You will have many opportunities to take pictures along the way.
Visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, one of the most spectacular and best preserved kasbah in southern Morocco. It is now considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the little Hollywood of Morocco and where many Hollywood films have been shot.
Dinner in your accommodation in Ouarzazate.
Day 5: Ouarzazate to Todra Gorge
After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to visit the film museum and one of Morocco’s most impressive monuments, the Kasbah de Taourirt.
Then leave Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas Mountains towards the picturesque Todra Gorge to discover the incredible beauty of this canyon.
It narrows to about 33 feet at the base with thin, smooth rock walls that rise to 525 feet on each side.
Take a short hike on a nearby trail leading into the mountains.
In the evening, dine at home and spend the night.
Day 6: Gorges du Todra to Merzouga
After breakfast, depart from Todra Gorge and drive to Merzouga.
You will have the opportunity to take pictures on the winding roads that cross green mountain villages and arid plains before reaching the oasis to the south and then heading towards the desert.
When you arrive, head directly to your hotel where you will dine and spend the night.
Day 7: Merzouga guided tour
Today, after breakfast, explore the village and observe the mudflats and the huge Erg Chebbi sand dune, which rises to about 770 feet.
After lunch, prepare your night in the desert. Embark on a camel ride in the late afternoon to watch the sunset beyond the massive dunes.
Enjoy a delicious dinner cooked in the fire and spend the night camping under the stars.
Day 8: Merzouga to Fès
Today, wake up before dawn to watch the exquisite sunrise in the desert that rises to the east behind the dunes.
Then pack your suitcase and ride a camel to your hotel where you can shower, have breakfast and get ready for your next adventure.
Then cross the Middle Atlas mountain range to the imperial city of Fes.
Stop on the mountainside to admire the spectacular scenery and flocks of sheep.
Upon arrival, you will be directed directly to your hotel or riad for dinner and night.
Day 9: Fez guided tour
After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour of Fez from Fez-Jdid.
Visit historical sites such as the Royal Palace, one of the oldest and largest in Morocco, the Mellah or Jewish quarter founded in 1438 and the first in Morocco, as well as the famous Merinid Tombs dating from the Merinid dynasty.
Later, we will enter the winding old and fortified city of Fez el Bali, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981.
You will visit historical sites such as the magnificent mausoleum of Moulay Idriss and the medieval university of Karaouiyine, as well as the leather tanneries used for 1000 years.
Return to your hotel and dine at a restaurant of your choice.
Day 10: Excursion from Fez to Volubilis - Moulay Idriss - Meknes
After breakfast, we will pick you up from your accommodation and head to Volubilis to explore the Roman ruins.
This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers the opportunity to enjoy a perfect blend of cultural heritage and picturesque landscapes, including archaeological treasures and ancient mosaic floors.
We will then drive about 20 minutes from Volubilis to the holy city of Moulay Idriss, one of the five holy cities of the Islamic world.
The last destination will be Meknes, established by Moulay Ismail in the 11th century.
During our visit, you will discover the main attractions of the city, including the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail and the Bab Mansour Gate.
At the end of the day, relax with a Turkish bath (hammam) and a massage.
At the end of the trip, return to your hotel or riad for dinner and a night.
Day 11: Fes to Casablanca
After breakfast, take the highway back to Casablanca.
In the afternoon, after a rest at your hotel, take a walk along the waterfront, also known as Corniche.
Visit hassan II Mosque, Morocco’s largest mosque and one of the largest in the world.
Then enjoy a dinner of God at Rick’s Café, an iconic monument in Casablanca.
After dinner, return to your hotel for one last night.
Day 12: Transfer to Casablanca airport
After breakfast, your driver and guide will take you to the airport.
